Sleep Medicine (Sleep Medicine)
Practice Information
One BC/BE sleep medicine physician needed to join our sleep medicine team at American Fork Clinic in American Fork, Utah
Sleep Lab will be based at Utah Valley Clinic (20 minute drive)
Outpatient only with no call responsibilities
Mid-level provider assistance
Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
Visa sponsorship not available
Requirements
Sleep medicine fellowship required
Board Certified/ Board Eligible in sleep
Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
U.S. ACGME Residency

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$7.25 - $999.99
