The following duties are customary for this position, but are not to be construed as all-inclusive. Duties may be added, deleted, and assigned based on management discretion and institutional needs.
Oversees the registration process for all CPD courses and programs
Maintains the CPD registration software and integrity of the CPD data supported by comprehensive training, works to understand how CPD can maximize use of the software, and works with IT to keep software updated and supported.
Assists CPD leadership with project management pertaining to CPD courses and programs by monitoring project budgets, preparing reports and summaries for various programs and events
Responsible for managing training projects including scheduling and material preparation
Oversees the preparation of transmittals, handling of cash, and processing credit cards as part of fee collection process for CPD
Coordinates instructor schedules for all CPD training
Supports the development, implementation and coordination of CPD course/program marketing plans and marketing initiatives using project management software
Assists Program Manager with development of memorandums of agreement for partnerships
Supervises room reservations and catering for training professional development, and personal enrichment programs
Delivers excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Maintains periodic updates to the CPD Websites & social media accounts
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
At least two years of office administration or related experience
Experience in the private sector or working with companies or other institutions outside higher education
Familiarity with standard office equipment
Working knowledge of financial accounting software and registration software
Occasional evening/weekend work and travel
Valid driver's license
Additional Information:
Hourly Range: $17.44 -$18.92/hr
