Description We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to be a part of our team in Cranford, New Jersey. This role involves the development and execution of exploratory and automated tests to ensure product and data quality. The successful candidate will be actively involved in all stages of our software development lifecycle, focusing on identifying and resolving system malfunctions and data discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute efficient tests within the agreed timeframe

• Implement and manage both exploratory and automated tests to ensure product and data quality

• Participate actively throughout the software development lifecycle to identify and resolve system malfunctions

• Compare data sets, identify discrepancies and reconcile any inconsistencies

• Document and track test cases, processes, and progress using our Application Lifecycle Management tools

• Develop and implement processes to streamline data reconciliation procedures and improve efficiency

• Enhance monthly regression testing by refining testing scripts and automating testing procedures

• Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Database, EO/IR systems, HP ALM, AB Testing, Defect Management, Integration, Java, and QA Management for effective quality assurance

• Prepare datasets and create test plans as part of the QA process Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance Analysis or a related field

• Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira and HP ALM for bug tracking and defect management

• Proficient in database management and integration

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Demonstrated ability in AB Testing

• Strong knowledge in Java programming

• Proven experience in QA Management

• Ability to create efficient Test Plans

• Experience in preparing datasets for testing purposes

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
