Retail Digital Channel Director The Retail Digital Channel Director role is responsible for managing the business development, service design, assigned digital channels/products and the creation/mobilization of a digital roadmap. The role will work closely with primarily Retail business lines and key partners to achieve the agreed financial target, channel usage, migration plans, customer satisfactions score & brand image. The role centralizes all e-banking related product development including impacts related to fraud, compliance and security. This role is responsible for establishing and communicating Retail strategies impacting Digital Banking, Online Account Opening and playing a lead role in channel strategy corporate wide. Responsibilities To define a clear digital channel strategy and a digital channel evolution roadmap considering global/national/local trends, business needs, customer experience and the overall digital channel vision. Responsible for establishing and communicating the strategic direction of the digital channels and products including channel positioning, product pricing, product strategies, and profitability of the channel. Evaluate the success of new / existing products. Recommend and coordinate changes in the product strategy in response to product performance and penetration. Expansion -- proactive identification of channel, product or feature opportunities that provide leading edge solutions for our customers. This includes the creation of detailed business cases for products and solutions that fit our target markets, provide governance and tollgates to drive delivery. To manage the business development/analysis and service design of projects on the assigned digital channels. To define an attractive value proposition to improve the experience and performance of the assigned digital channels through new products, services & technology. To execute day-to-day operations related to the assigned digital channels, including the system sustainability, channel performance & channel quality. To work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute the campaigns related to the assigned digital channels. Evaluate digitial channel profitability. Responsible to know and manage the drivers for acquisition, retention and expansion; and drive strategies and tactics that support growth and corporate objectives for growth and expansion through digital channels. Recommend and lead changes in the product or strategy to meet profitability or strategic goals of the organization. Provide operational support of the products to internal partners, ensure customer operational support is acceptable, research individual / escalated client issues, product / program functionality, and identify and manage product metrics include revenue, expense, penetration, activation and usage. Determine competitive variances, product bundles, pricing and functional similarities and differences to assess for strength and opportunities of our offerings. Proactively identify opportunities and threats to develop offerings to effectively compete in the marketplace. Identification of macro trends that translate into strategies for our business model. Responsible for monitoring revenue generated by the digital channels. Ensuring the achievement of defined KPIs, including the financial targets. Responsible for defining the digital channel portfolio modeling requirements, formulation of strategies that support growth, responsible to validate projections against industry benchmarks and historical performance. Establish revenue and fee across digital channel supported products and services working with Product Management. Regular review of competitive and indsutry positions of direct competitors, direct banks and national players. Refinement of model based on conditional behaviors or changes due to industry trends and performance
