Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, economics, finance or another related field

  • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to research, determine and implement procedures

  • Strong organizational skills, including planning and prioritization

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including ability to deliver feedback to other leaders, including senior and executive leadership, within the organization

  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong ability to apply finance and treasury principles

  • Demonstrated and trusted ability to make decisions and think critically through escalated situations and/or complex transactions with little or no guidance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, economics, finance or another related field

  • 8 years of experience in accounting or another related field

  • 5 years of leadership experience

Job Summary

As the Director, Treasury Operations, you'll oversee multiple teams across Treasury Operations. You'll manage the accuracy, timeliness and transparency of all Treasury-related operations and projects for the organization. You'll support senior leaders in creating and executing the vision of the team, promoting the organizational culture and leading new organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior leadership to implement and evaluate the strategic plan for the team including defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure success

  • Manage team performance by setting clear expectations, holding leaders accountable and administering/completing the performance evaluation process

  • Guide leader development through mentoring, sharing feedback and providing resources/training as needed

  • Oversee the cash management strategy for multiple functions including cash forecasting, in house banking and treasury systems

  • Develop and implement strategy to mitigate risk and optimize opportunities for cash operations

  • Foster relationships by collaborating with cross-functional business partners to share business knowledge and implement process improvements

  • Contribute key information to various Finance teams for cash and P&L forecasting

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking policies and procedures to ensure activities are in compliance with all covenants and related requirements
