Job Summary

*NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE WITH A DURATION UP TO 1 YEAR AND OFFERS A HYRBRID WORK SCHEDULE* Coordinates the implementation and monitoring of specific workforce development programs/events that improves the company's overall credibility and reputation. Facilitates planning, implementation, and project management for one or more of the following workforce development programs: workforce planning, Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) and skilled trade initiatives, including student, diversity, veteran, and community outreach. Serves as point of contact at program events with external stakeholders and organizations.Tracks program results and related metrics to ensure effectiveness. Key Accountabilities

Coordinates day-to-day execution of multiple workforce development program events/activities, including logistical requirements for ongoing programs and related events Implements project plans for assigned workforce development program events/activities, including managing schedules and determining resources to ensure timely project completion Monitors program goals/metrics and provides progress reports to leadership on effectiveness Builds and works with cross-functional teams across the company and outside organizations Leads ongoing program evaluation through after-action reviews and other metrics to determine program improvements; provides recommendations for program improvements/efficiencies Facilitates workforce development programs/events with external partners/vendors and serves as primary point of contact at assigned events and related logistical/event requirements Gathers data, monitors, and reports specific program metrics that support the overall monthly, quarterly, and annual Human Resources and Corporate scorecards. Maintains and updates database of relevant events and contacts May represent and/or support the Associate Program Manager/Program Manager at cross-functional meetings as needed

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

This is a multi-track base requirement job; education and experience requirements can be satisfied through one of the following three options High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of experience in office/business administration, event/activity coordination, and/or planning and development initiatives, inclusive of one (1) year of experience in project or program management; OR Associate degree and three (3) years of experience in office/business administration, event/activity coordination, and/or planning and development initiatives, inclusive of one (1) year of experience in project or program management; OR Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience in office/business administration, event/activity coordination, and/or planning and development initiatives, inclusive of project or program management. Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources. Experience in executing youth or adult career awareness and workforce investment and development programs.
