Full time hybrid role located in the South Bend/Mishawaka/Elkhart area. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships as well as manage existing accounts. Must be organized, enjoy people, and be self-motivated with a committed work ethic. Capable of initiating and scheduling appointments, creating and following up on quotes, participating in paid training sessions and team meetings.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field
• Experience in the commercial/industrial cleaning chemical sector is a plus.

Base salary plus commission, monthly expense allowance, paid vacation, Simple IRA after 1 year, Generous bonus mid-year and year-end based on performance.
