Position : Building Maintenance Technician

This role involves timely response to work orders, addressing maintenance issues, and completing assigned projects efficiently. Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience/training

• General handyman experience, including general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of routine maintenance work

• Service onsite equipment and machinery

• Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, and of machinery and equipment

• Respond to after-hours maintenance calls, when required

• Perform inventory control and tracking

• Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to 75lbs.

• Valid Driver's License
