Job Overview

To review new and existing material requirements within established guidelines and to guide supplier relationships and their delivery timeliness and methods through regular communication, problem solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Resolving AP / Receiving / Inbound Delivery Issues

• Expedite necessary materials to contain production risks

• Problem solving activities in partnership with suppliers, carriers and TBB operations

• Complete scorecard ratings for suppliers

• Support setting up suppliers on EDI and support resolution of EDI issues

• Support TBB operations with timely and accurate feedback

• Review change orders

• Coordinate change over timelines for new materials

• Review reschedule messages for materials in SAP

• Attend regular meetings relevant to planning functions

• Review material data, including planning factors, and submit necessary material information updates to MIG

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is required to complete daily tasks

  • Ability to analyze data to calculate material need dates based on requirements

  • Strong Communication skills are required

  • One Year of SAP Experience Required

  • An attached resume is required

Typical Minimum Experience Preferred (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Degree focus on Logistics, Manufacturing or related is preferred
