Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new opportunity to showcase your leadership skills? Nexeo is seeking a dynamic individual to join our client s team as a Property Manager in Traverse Mountain located in Lehi,UT. In this role,you will oversee the operations,budgets,housekeeping,maintenance,and leasing of the entire property. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the property to its highest standards.

Responsibilities

   Coordinate all initial setup operations for the new property and manage ongoing duties.

   Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

   Create operational budgets for each fiscal year and manage bills in a timely manner.

   Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.

   Maintain effective communication with the corporate office and coworkers.

   Collect rent,make bank deposits,and handle delinquent accounts as needed.

   Ensure all information is correct and up-to-date in company-operated programs.

   Supervise housekeeping,maintenance,and leasing staff.

   Assist at sister properties as required.

   Maintain general curb appeal,including cleaning and organizing communal areas.

Qualifications

   Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

   Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.

   Prior experience with lease-up of at least one new property from the ground up.

   Strong leadership and communication skills.

   Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

   Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices.

   National background check required.

Pay

$50K - $80K Per Year

Schedule

Full-time | Monday - Friday,9:00am 6:00pm
