Description

• Address help desk tickets promptly via phone, email, and in-person.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device issues.

• Support operating systems, email configurations, and network connectivity.

• Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Perform software installations, updates, and patches.

• Resolve network connection and peripheral device problems.

• Ensure antivirus and security software is up-to-date.

• Document support activities and system changes in the help desk ticketing system.

• Create and maintain user guides and IT documentation.

• Generate support activity reports and identify trends.

• Work with IT team members to resolve complex issues and implement projects.

• Communicate effectively with users to provide solutions.

• Assist in developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 1-3 years in an IT help desk or technical support role.

• Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and email clients.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred.
