  • Identify, recommend, design, develop, implement, and support software solutions beyond the scope of corporate applications.

  • Oversee portions of project execution that may be outsourced to 3rd parties.

  • Perform break fixes as needed for new and existing applications.

  • Work with application customer to develop clear, concise statement of work and theory of operation translating business need into technical requirements.

  • Estimate development time and track project progress for status updates to stakeholders.

  • Liaison with Corporate IT on all projects related to software development.

  • Provide support during problem resolution, analyze problems, and document solutions.

  • Support the plant as needed over weekends, holiday, or after normal business hours.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college required OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required

  • MS Full-Stack Developer with emphasis on front-end

  • Java, Microsoft operating systems and applications, MSSQL, DB2, WebFOCUS, GitHub, DevOps, Python

  • NITS Cybersecurity Framework as it pertains to data security, information protection, application and data backup and recovery, etc

  • Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity and ongoing change required

  • An attached resume is required

Typical Minimum Experience Preferred (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Degree focus in programming or design preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
