This role provides support for the Quality Assurance Department to ensure ISO Compliance, Practical Problem Solving activities are managed, and Inspector Standard Work Instructions are reviewed and maintained.
Provide general administrative support for the Quality Assurance department.
Control all quality system internal and external ISO controlled documents, and maintain the Document Management System database to ensure document reviews are kept up to date.
Prepare and make changes to all ISO documentation for internet use and distribute documentation to proper locations.
Coordinate all activities related to purging obsolete documents.
Prepare and distribute respective Quality Dept Meeting Minutes.
Monitor and organize storage of inspection documents at Iron Mountain.
Generate data and update monthly QA interface for Management Review.
Coordinate travel arrangements for QA employees to visit dealers, customers, or other plants.
Plan and organize materials, rooms, food, etc. for customer visits.
Maintain all APA / EOL practical problem-solving records and monitor for needed escalation.
Process and distribute product requests from dealers and customers such as Certification Labels, owner's manuals, and unit tracking.
Manage the review of and updates to the ISWI’s (Inspection Standard Work Instructions) for the QA Dept
General ISO Compliance: Review processes and procedures for compliance on the shop floor and provides feedback to areas accordingly. Assists with ISO internal audits.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college OR an associate's degree (or higher) OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of related experience in lieu of experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Experience with MS office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience with Outlook email systems required.

Typical Minimum Experience Preferred (Desired Skills/Experience)
0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
Experience or knowledge of the ISO9001:2015 standards preferred
Experience with SharePoint is preferred.
