The final candidate in this position provides operational Human Resources business partner/generalist support. This position currently supports DTNA’s IT and Legal departments. This includes aspects of providing employee development, coaching, investigations, HR process and policy expertise as well as exemplary customer focus and service.
Develop and maintain relationship with management and employees. Assist in the resolution of disputes through a variety of resolution methods and techniques.
Provide advice and counsel to management regarding most current employment law, performance management, discipline, HR practices, and Company policy.
Administer the company's human resources policies. Work to ensure compliance to policies as well as adherence to processes and procedures.
Facilitate new employee orientation and other location specific programs, as assigned.
Respond to employee issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
Partner with the organization(s) to develop people, create succession plans, ensure interview policy and procedures are implemented.
Train employees and management on various HR topics such as performance management and systems, anti-harassment, FMLA, etc.
Provide dedicated customer service to employees, job applicants and visitors.
Ensure compliance with all company, government, labor and industry regulations.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business or similar and 6 years of directly related HR experience experience required
2 years experience in HR such as recruiting, employee benefits, training or another fast-paced/ demanding customer facing position required.
Proven ability to gather and use data to support strategic decisions and plans required.
Past evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Typical Minimum Experience Preferred (Desired Skills/Experience)
Masters degree in business administration, human resources management, or an HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is preferred
Project management experience preferred.
Coaching and/or investigation experience desired preferred.
Previous training and investigations experience preferred.
Past performance management tool(s) implementation and training preferred.
Prior knowledge of applying policy and developing processes preferred.
