Job Description

Are you an experienced telecommunications professional with relevant experience as OSS/BSS architecture? Do you thrive in leading technical teams to deliver exceptional results while bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions? We are looking for an Enterprise Architect with a robust background in telecommunications to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our telecom services by providing hands-on expertise in our Communications solutions.

What you'll do

  • Lead and provide technical governance for large OSS/BSS Transformation Programs.

  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them towards efficient project execution and high-quality deliverables.

  • Design OSS/BSS solutions tailored to meet business and operational requirements, leveraging your expertise in telecom network technologies.

  • Collaborate on application integration projects, utilizing web services/REST API to seamlessly integrate enterprise applications within the telecommunications domain.

  • Conduct feasibility checks, design assessments, and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance and scalability of solutions.

  • Participate in pre-sales activities, leading customer workshops, and supporting regional business engagements to drive business growth.

  • Utilize your proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python) to address complex challenges and optimize solutions.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, showcasing your leadership abilities to cultivate growth and success within the team.

What you'll bring

  • Industry experience in telecommunications, with hands-on expertise in OSS/BSS architecture.

  • Proven leadership experience, guiding technical teams towards successful project execution and high-quality deliverables.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Communications RODOD solutions is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python), with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with cloud-native technologies, application integration, and project implementation within the telecommunications domain.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.

  • An analytical mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
