Description Under direction from the SVP of Operations, the Enterprise Architect is responsible for creating the strategic plan within the Manufacturing, Site Supply Chain, and Quality domains for digital systems, data reporting, data governance, and integration of artificial intelligence to maximize business process impact and decision-making value of data and digitalized processes. Responsible for successful management of the end-to-end processes with strong emphasis on business continuity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role demands a deep understanding of data management principles, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of spearheading initiatives that align data strategies with organizational goals, demonstrating exceptional leadership in enhancing both data governance and analytics capabilities. Primary Duties * Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards. * Responsible for the strategic plan to develop site operations within the region into a mature, data-driven organization by assessing current business state and organizing programs, projects, and resources to achieve targets. *  Implement and/or upgrade digital systems and create data governance in the collection, management, and validation of data used in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality business domains ensuring security and compliance with applicable regulations. * Drives operational excellence of the end-to-end processes through risk assessments of critical system disruptions and implementation of business continuity plans for site-based software systems and functions. * Responsible for aggregating software, data, and reporting needs from business functions and works directly with the SVP of Operations to prioritize budget and allocate resources with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and return on investment. * Works to empower the data end-users by providing documentation, visibility, and structure for end-to-end processes and interfaces. * Maintains knowledge of industry-leading changes in software, data collection, and reporting to maximize efficiency and return on investments for data programs. * Participate in the global community of BPOs to share and implement best practices across sites and across business domains. * Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing operations, IS and executive leadership, ensuring alignment of data strategy and business process initiatives with corporate goals. * Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements regularly to all stakeholders, fostering transparency and engagement. Qualifications Training and Education Requires Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering, scientific, mathematic, or technical field. Experience Requires 10 or more years leading business or technical teams in software, data, and reporting systems in the medical device or related industry.
